FIVE JURISDICTIONS
OVERVIEW
Established in **Apply on the website** as the first organisation
founded on the principles of Harm Reduction in Ireland, Ana Liffey
Drug Project marks its **Apply on the website**th anniversary in
**Apply on the website**.
Ana Liffey is a, social inclusion and addiction funded service
provider, with a ?Low Threshold ? Harm Reduction? ethos. Ana
Liffey provide direct services to people who use drugs in Dublin City
and the Midwest Region of Ireland. Ana Liffey also has a rich history
of engaging with drug policy structures, and producing research, over
the past four decades.
Funded by the Global Drug Policy Program of the Open Society
Foundations, Ana Liffey now wish to receive submissions of expressions
of interest from suitably qualified candidates to evaluate efforts to
decriminalise possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use in
five specific jurisdictions. With a focus on Ireland, Scotland,
Norway, Poland and Maine (USA); the scope and scale of the evaluations
are for an independent evaluator/team of evaluators to carry out a
rapid assessment of each jurisdictions efforts to introduce
decriminalisation. The evaluations in each jurisdiction will consider
what was done, what has changed, what didn?t change, and what the
limitations in the efforts made were.

SUBMISSIONS
Submission should be sent as email attachments, as a single PDF or
Microsoft Word document (with evaluator CVs as appendices), to Tony

The deadline for the receipt of submissions is close of business on

The applicant is fully responsible for safe timely delivery of the
submission. Incomplete submissions, submissions that do not follow the
format described above, or submissions received after the closing date
will not be considered.
